We are a woman-lead team of insanely seasoned service industry people. Most of our experience stems from behind the bar. From 5-star restaurants to casual wine bars to beachfront hotel bars to huge banquets, we have seen and done it all. With a little liftoff help from her brother, Linda, our founder, has been on a mission since 2013 to offer the coolest, easiest, most reliable & affordable bartending service for all kinds of events in SD & OC counties. What we all know to be true at On the Rox is that the heart of any successful party is the service - simple & swift creates smooth sailing. When it's affordable on top of that, it is that much sweeter! This is the genesis of our business & we can't wait to serve you.
When Linda was 16, she snagged her first job in the industry. She fell in love with it because of the constant movement and always meeting new people. She runs this show as well as the "show" at home which is raising her young daughter Sóley.

What goes well with booze? Music of course! Spencer has this totally covered. He plays the guitar & DJs on weekends at hip spots around town under the name DJ Beachmajik. He also surfs his brains out whenever he can.

You'll see David behind the bar at almost all events. He has a knack for remembering your drink order every time! When he is not working, he is either meditating, paddling out at Beacons or practicing Reiki.

When Ben's not behind the bar or busy earning his photography degree, his mantra is 'Surf. Eat. Sleep. Repeat.' Getting down to Mexico or up to Santa Cruz for some waves feeds his soul.

Devon is a fabulous server & bartender but she is a lawyer, plays the keyboard in Sunnymoon Band, surfs, & studies Reiki. You are bound to have a rad conversation with Devon. Ask her about local IPAs, her favorite!
